Need help in choosing the right Designs?

1. Light color drastically affects the mood and functionality of a room.

Warm White (2700K – 3000K): Creates a cozy, relaxing, and inviting vibe. Best for bedrooms, living rooms, and dining areas.

Cool White / Neutral (3500K – 4100K): Clean and energizing. Best for kitchens, bathrooms, and home offices.

Daylight (5000K – 6500K): Mimics natural sunlight and boosts focus. Best for reading nooks, garages, and detailed craft work.

2. Brightness (Lumens, not Watts)
Do not look at wattage to measure brightness; wattage only measures energy use. Look at Lumens (lm) instead.

General room lighting: 400 – 800 lumens.

Task lighting (reading/cooking): 800 – 1,100+ lumens

3. The Three Layers of Lighting
A well-lit room uses a combination of three lighting types:

Ambient: The main overhead light that illuminates the whole room safely.

Task: Focused light for specific activities, like desk lamps or under-cabinet kitchen strips.

Accent: Highlight lights used to draw attention to art, features, or architectural details.

Quick Tip: Always opt for LED bulbs because they use up to 80% less energy and last years longer than traditional incandescent bulbs.
